March is here and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate Women’s History Month with you.

 DC Beer Events Spotlight

Tuesday, March 4th. 6:30-9pm: Women of Craft Beverage Panel at Lost Generation

The incredible panel of 9 will represent different roles, from distilling to brewing and everything in between. Our experts will share their experiences and insights, making this a perfect event for anyone looking to connect, learn, and be inspired. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to be a part of the conversation and support women, minorities, people of color and the LGBTQIA+ communities in craft beverages! This fundraising event benefits the Michael James Jackson Foundation (MJF), a grant-making organization that funds scholarships to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color within the brewing and distilling trades. There will also be a silent auction with all proceeds benefitting the MJF. If you are unable to attend the event, we will be sharing the silent auction site information for you to bid or simply donate if your heart so desires! Thank you for being the change we all need and supporting the diverse future of the craft beverage industry.

Wednesday, March 19th. 6:30-9pm Capital Trivia x DC Beer @ OtherHalf Brewing, Ivy City Come party with Jordan, listen to good music, enjoy some hazy beers and play trivia. It’s seriously fun.

Thursday, March 20th. 6:30-8:30pm: Women’s Month Craft Beverage Panel at Other Half Brewing

Join us for an evening of discussion, inclusion, beer and pizza at Other Half Brewing Co. on Thursday, March 20th. Celebrate women in the craft beverage industry by participating in an interactive, round robin meet and greet. Each ticket includes Other Half beer, Andy’s Pizza, and a donation to the Pink Boots Society. This is the 4th annual Women’s Panel at Other Half and it is seriously a crowd favorite. It’s women’s month, so go show support. Come join us for a fun evening of sharing and tasting great beers at Third HIll! This in-person event is perfect for beer enthusiasts looking to try new brews and mingle with fellow craft beer lovers. Bring your favorite beers to share and discover new favorites from others. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or just starting to explore the world of craft beer, this event is sure to be a blast. Three hours of unlimited tastes of rare, special beers. March 4th: Black Brew Movement, Right Proper, DC Beer & Womxn’s Brew Culture Club: The Ruby Bridge, 6.3%, Farmhouse Ale. This collaboration beer celebrating Diversity, Inclusion and Womxn in the Craft Beverage Industry is a lovely meshing of malty shortbread cookie via a hint of Vienna malt and floral/bubblegum/pepper notes from yeast cultivated from an oyster shell.
